Kamakhya Yatra arranges domestic, international, spiritual, and holiday tour packages including transport, accommodation, and sightseeing as described in each itinerary. Inclusions and exclusions are listed per package.

Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed. Taxes, fuel surcharges, or government fees may apply additionally where applicable.

Full or partial payment schedules will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Guests are responsible for valid ID proofs, passports, visas, health certificates, and permits required for travel. Kamakhya Yatra is not liable for denial of boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

We reserve the right to modify routes, timings, or accommodations due to weather, road conditions, local restrictions, or operational reasons, while providing comparable alternatives where possible.

Kamakhya Yatra acts as an intermediary with hotels, airlines, and local operators. We are not responsible for delays, accidents, loss of baggage, injury, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests.

Guests must follow guide instructions and respect local customs, especially at religious sites. We may remove any participant whose behaviour endangers others or disrupts the group without refund.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam, India, unless otherwise required by law.
