This Refund Policy applies to tour packages booked through Kamakhya Yatra. Cancellation terms may vary by package, season, and third-party supplier rules. Please read your booking confirmation carefully.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after we receive the agreed advance payment and send written confirmation (email or message) with package details and travel dates.
Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation charges are generally applied as follows:
- More than 30 days before departure: advance may be partially refundable minus processing charges
- 15–30 days before departure: up to 50% of package cost may be retained
- 7–14 days before departure: up to 75% of package cost may be retained
- Less than 7 days before departure: no refund unless stated otherwise in the package
Non-Refundable Components
Flight tickets, visa fees, special permits, festival-period bookings, and discounted promotional packages may be fully or partially non-refundable as per airline, embassy, or supplier policies.
Cancellation by Kamakhya Yatra
If we cancel a tour due to insufficient group size, safety concerns, or force majeure, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid to us, or the option to reschedule subject to availability.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Bank or gateway charges, if any, may be deducted as per payment provider rules.
No-Show Policy
If you do not join the tour on the scheduled date without prior written cancellation, no refund will be provided.
