Both online website bookings and offline counter/office bookings are supported. Mandatory original bill/invoice upload is required for verification.
Must upload official Kamakhya Yatra invoice or physical counter receipt (PDF, JPG, PNG, max 5 MB).
For offline bookings, your request starts as Pending Verification. Officers manually inspect the bill before approval.
Approved refunds process within up to 120 calendar days subject to vendor, train & hotel settlements.
